A building management company in Yerevan. Our idea is simple: the spaces you share deserve the same care as the home you own.
From apartments to whole buildings
DEED was founded by a team with over 27 years of combined real estate experience across several international markets. In Yerevan, we started by managing individual apartments for their owners.
That work kept showing us the same thing. Owners took good care of their apartments, but the moment they stepped outside the front door — into the entrance, the stairwell, the elevator, the courtyard — nobody was really responsible.
So we changed what we do. Today DEED manages the shared spaces of apartment buildings: everything outside the front door, and nothing inside it. Most buildings in Yerevan are run by volunteer boards doing their best without a professional team behind them. We want to be that team.
We are building the standard we would want for our own homes: clean shared spaces, systems that work, problems found before residents find them, and books that every owner can see.

To make professional building management normal in Yerevan — for new residential complexes and for the buildings people have lived in for decades.
